About

Rule‑based, risk‑on/risk‑off strategy: in uptrends it rides 3x tech/semis; at extremes it flips to volatility funds or Treasuries. In downtrends it hedges more, sometimes shorts tech. Keeps small constant slices in T‑Bills, gold, and bonds.
NutHow it works
Trend check: if S&P 500 (SPY) sits above its 200‑day average it’s “bull”; otherwise “bear.” Bull: mostly 3x tech/semis (SOXL, TQQQ, TECL, UPRO). It uses RSI (a heat gauge: high=hot, low=washed‑out) and volatility funds (UVXY/VIXY, the “fear index”) to hedge or buy rebounds. Bear: leans on UVXY/VIXY, long Treasuries (TMF/TLT), or short tech (SQQQ). ~9% stays in BIL (T‑Bills), GLD (gold), TLT. Also has crash rules after sharp SOXL slumps.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic regime-switching strategy that captures 3x tech in uptrends, hedges with volatility and Treasuries, and maintains ballast in T-bills—aiming for stronger risk-adjusted returns and smaller drawdowns vs. the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
