What is XSEP?

The investment objective of FT Cboe Vest U.S. Equity Enhance & Moderate Buffer ETF - September (the "Fund") is to seek to provide investors with returns of approximately twice any positive price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), up to a predetermined upside cap of 14.90% (before fees and expenses), while providing a buffer (before fees and expenses) against the first 15% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from September 22, 2022 to September 15, 2023. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options")-that reference the price performance of the "Underlying ETF".
