A contrarian, volatility-aware strategy that usually shorts volatility (SVXY) and toggles into inverse stock funds (e.g., SQQQ, SPXU) or long volatility (UVXY) when the market looks overheated, with special rules after sharp selloffs.

RSI is a 0–100 “heat” score of recent price speed. High (75–80) = too hot. This strategy watches heat on the market (S&P, Nasdaq/tech, banks, energy, consumer). If too hot, it flips into inverse funds (SQQQ, SPXU, TECS, FAZ, SCO) or buys fear (UVXY). After a sharp drop, it chooses BTAL (defensive anti‑beta) or SVXY (short volatility) based on the day’s bounce. Otherwise it runs a mix of SVXY and SPXU guided by bonds vs inverse Nasdaq.
