A short-volatility strategy that mainly holds SVXY and adds or swaps in hedges. It uses an RSI overheat gauge to trigger defensive shorts or long volatility; otherwise it carries SVXY with a dynamic SPXU hedge. High risk: uses leveraged, volatility ETFs.

It watches a 0–100 price speedometer (RSI). When parts of the market look overheated (RSI ~80+ on QQQ/tech, SPY, energy, etc.), it flips defensive: short Nasdaq/S&P/tech/financials (SQQQ, SPXU, TECS, FAZ), short oil (SCO), long volatility (UVXY), or neutral (BTAL). If no alarm: after a sharp week-down in tech, it often shorts volatility (SVXY) to ride fear cooling. Otherwise it holds SVXY with a variable SPXU hedge, chosen from a menu of mixes using simple momentum gauges (bonds vs PSQ), picking the coolest mix.
