A daily, high-octane rule set that rides tech/semiconductor uptrends with 3x ETFs, then quickly hedges or flips to volatility/inverse funds when markets look overheated or break down. Bonds and commodities guide when to play offense vs. defense.

Every day it asks: Are semiconductors leading? Are bonds trending up or down (TLT/T‑bills)? Is the S&P 500 “hot” or “cold” on RSI (a 0–100 heat gauge; >70 hot, <30 cold)? If uptrend and not overheated, it holds one 3x bull (often SOXL/TQQQ/UPRO). If overheated or after sharp rips/drops, it briefly buys UVXY (a VIX futures fund) or flips to 3x bear ETFs. If washed‑out and bonds support, it jumps back to bulls; if bonds/commodities warn, it rotates to defense (TMF/TMV, dollar, oil, or inverse).
