A daily, rules‑based switch between a turbo Nasdaq‑100 fund (TQQQ) and T‑bills (BIL). It buys weakness, cuts risk when markets look overheated, and otherwise scales exposure using 2‑week to 1‑year signals.

Each day it reads a 0–100 “heat” score (RSI) on market thermometers. If semiconductors/QQQ/SPY are very cold, it goes 100% TQQQ (a turbo Nasdaq‑100 fund). If many areas look too hot, it moves 100% to BIL (T‑bills). Otherwise, it blends TQQQ and BIL by averaging four views (≈2w, 1m, 6m, 1y): the colder QQQ is, the more TQQQ it holds; the hotter, the more BIL.
