About

Daily, trend-aware, tech-heavy plan: buy TQQQ (3x Nasdaq-100) on short-term washouts or when momentum turns up; otherwise park in staples (XLP) or bonds (VBF). When TQQQ is extremely hot, briefly hedge with VXX.
NutHow it works
Checks trend first: if TQQQ (3x Nasdaq-100) is above its 200-day average it’s risk-on; else cautious. Uses a 10-day RSI (0–100 “heat meter”; <~30 washed out, >~70 hot). Usually buys TQQQ on washouts or when an uptrend resumes; if no signal, holds either consumer staples (XLP) or a bond fund (VBF), whichever looks more washed out. If TQQQ is extremely hot, it flips to VXX (volatility). Signals also read QQQ/SPY (broad) and SMH/SOXL (semis).
CheckmarkValue prop
Strong downside control and diversification: out-of-sample drawdown 4.57% vs SPY 5.07%, Calmar ~0.75, and near-zero market beta. Raw oos return 3.42% vs 16.61% for SPY, but it smooths shocks with hedged resilience.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
