About
Daily mean‑reversion on QQQ: fade overheated tech via VXX, buy 3× QQQ on washed‑out readings, otherwise sit in the least‑heated of staples, bonds, or QQQ. One ETF at a time, rebalanced daily.
Each day it checks QQQ (Nasdaq‑100) 10‑day RSI—an index from 0–100 showing how hot/cold recent moves were.
If RSI >79 (very hot), it buys VXX (volatility, which usually jumps when stocks fall).
If RSI ≤28 (very cold), it buys TQQQ (3× QQQ) for a rebound.
Otherwise it buys the least‑heated of XLP (consumer staples), IGLB (10‑yr corporate bonds), or QQQ. Rebalance daily.
Out-of-sample, this strategy targets ~37% annualized return vs ~28% for the S&P, with higher Sharpe (~2.68 vs ~2.37), lower max drawdown (~4.73% vs 5.07%), and Calmar ~7.89, delivering upside with controlled risk.
