A daily, high‑risk rotation that buys 3x tech/semis/Nasdaq/S&P on short‑term dips, flips to 3x Treasuries for safety, and uses UVXY or bear ETFs when markets overheat or rates/commodities turn. Simple “oversold/overbought” signals drive the switch.

Each day it picks one ETF. 1) If volatility is spiking, hold UVXY. 2) Read interest‑rates via TLT: if bonds are rising, lean to TMF; if falling/overbought, use TMV or go defensive. 3) In calm/bull periods, buy the dip in tech/semis/Nasdaq/S&P with 3x funds when their short‑term score (RSI) is very low; if overheated, hedge with UVXY. 4) If no clear dip, pick the recent leader. Rebalances daily.
