This strategy is a very aggressive market-timer. Half the money chases strong areas like tech, semiconductors, small caps, banks, and homebuilders using 2x/3x funds. The other half switches mainly between leveraged Nasdaq, long-term Treasury bonds, and bets against bonds or tech. It watches recent price behavior to decide whether markets look strong, weak, overheated, or washed out. In calm markets it buys aggressive growth areas after dips. In stressful markets it may jump into volatility, bearish funds, or Treasury trades.
