Each day it shifts between fast tech/semiconductor 3x funds (TECL, TQQQ, SOXL), S&P 500 3x (UPRO) and sometimes small‑caps (TNA); long/short 20+yr Treasuries (TMF/TMV); a market‑neutral safety fund (BTAL), cash (BIL), or a volatility note (VXX). It uses RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold gauge), recent 5–10 day moves, and long‑term trend lines to buy dips, fade overheated surges, or step aside when risk looks high.
