Each day, the strategy picks just one holding. If semiconductor stocks, the Nasdaq, or the S&P 500 have fallen hard very recently, it buys a 3x bullish fund tied to that area, betting on a bounce. If not, it checks for signs the market looks too overheated across several sectors. If any do, it buys UVXY, which usually rises when fear spikes. If neither condition appears, it simply holds SPY.
