This strategy mainly tries to ride TQQQ, a very aggressive fund tied to big tech stocks. Each day, it checks whether the market looks healthy, beaten down, or overheated. If tech or the market has fallen hard recently, it buys TQQQ aggressively. If markets look too hot or weak, it shifts part or all of the money into safer places like cash-like T-bills, gold, Treasury bonds, utilities, or even a fund that rises when stocks fall.
