This strategy mainly switches between TQQQ, a very aggressive fund that magnifies big US tech stock moves, and BIL, a cash-like Treasury bill fund. If tech/the market has dropped hard recently, it buys TQQQ. If the market has risen too fast and looks overheated, it moves to BIL. Otherwise, it uses several timeframes to hold a blended mix of TQQQ and BIL, taking more risk after weakness and less after strength.
