A rule-based, near‑zero‑beta strategy that flips between crash hedges (UVXY/VIXM + Treasuries), a safe‑haven mix (TLT/SHY/GLD), and short rebound bursts (TECL/SPXL/SVXY) when stocks are washed out. Uses RSI to detect “hot”/“cold” markets.

It watches stock ETFs (SPY, QQQ, sectors) using RSI, a 0–100 “temperature” of recent moves (>70 hot, <30 cold). Hot: shift to UVXY (spikes when stocks drop) + TMF (long Treasuries). Vol hot: hold the 3 strongest of TLT, VIXM, SHY, GLD. Cold: try quick rebounds via TECL/SPXL or SVXY; else BSV. Else: mix SVXY, VIXM, BTAL, SCHD. ~15% safety sleeve adds VIX hedges when SPY looks hot.
