About

A daily switcher that ranks nine risk levels of a tech‑centric, rules-based strategy by recent “heat” (RSI) and buys the top two. Inside, it buys 3x tech on dips, hedges with VXX when markets look too hot, and flips between TQQQ, SQQQ, or T‑Bills.
NutHow it works
Every day it builds 9 versions of the same rules-based engine, each mixed with a different amount of T‑Bills (BIL) from 10% to 90%. It then picks the 2 with the strongest recent “heat” (14‑day RSI: a 0–100 up-vs-down score) and splits between them. The core rules: buy 3x tech/semis on sharp dips, switch to VXX when stocks look too hot, and otherwise flip between 3x Nasdaq long (TQQQ), a −1x short (via 34% SQQQ + cash), pure −3x short (SQQQ), or T‑Bills if losses deepen.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers strong risk-adjusted returns with smaller drawdowns than the S&P 500 (1.74% vs 2.53%). Tactical hedges and dynamic allocations aim for durable gains and capital preservation.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
