About

Monthly rotation among four YieldMax single-stock option-income ETFs (Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla). It picks the one with the strongest recent 10-day trend and holds it until next month.
NutHow it works
Once a month, it looks at four YieldMax ETFs tied to big-name stocks: APLY (Apple), MSFO (Microsoft), NVDY (Nvidia), and TSLY (Tesla). It checks which one has the strongest trend over about the last 10 trading days (using a smoothed view of recent returns). It then puts the whole portfolio into that single ETF until the next monthly check. These ETFs usually move with their stock but pay option income that can cap some upside.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, monthly rotation to the top mega-cap ETF (AAPL/MSFT/NVDA/TSLA) with option income. ~54% annualized return vs S&P ~22%; Calmar ~1.22, Sharpe ~1.21. Max drawdown ~44% vs ~19% for S&P — higher upside, higher risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
