About
A fast-moving strategy that uses leveraged bets on the Nasdaq and U.S. Treasury bonds, switching based on short-term signs of stress or strength in tech and bond markets.
This strategy first watches the U.S. tech sector (XLK). If tech looks suddenly very beaten down, it buys a 2x fund that bets on the Nasdaq rising (QLD). If tech looks too overheated, it buys a 2x fund that profits if the Nasdaq falls (QID).
If neither extreme is happening, it splits money into 3 mini-strategies that switch between leveraged Nasdaq bets and leveraged U.S. Treasury bond bets based on whether tech, utilities, and bond markets look stronger or weaker.
Dynamic regime-switching strategy blends Nasdaq leverage and Treasuries to adapt to tech/rates regimes. Out-of-sample ~17% annualized return with risk controls, offering diversification and potential risk-adjusted upside beyond the S&P 500.
