A 60/40 tactical strategy that usually chases US stocks with 3x leverage, but switches into cash-like bonds, the dollar, or bearish hedges when markets look stressed.

This strategy splits money into two parts: 60% and 40%. Most of the time it tries to own aggressive stock funds: UPRO (a 3x bet on the S&P 500) and TQQQ (a 3x bet on the Nasdaq-100, which is heavy in big tech). But it constantly checks for danger signs: stock-market drops, bond weakness, rising interest rates, and volatility spikes. If conditions look bad, it shifts toward safer assets like short-term Treasury funds (BIL, SHY), the US dollar (UUP), broad bonds (BND), or even bearish funds that profit when tech stocks or long-term bonds fall.
