A 50/50 mix of crash insurance and aggressive tech trading. It usually stays partly in bonds/cash, but can jump into leveraged tech when signals improve and into volatility protection during market stress.

This strategy splits money into two halves. One half is a safety/crash-watch bucket: it usually parks in short-term bonds (BSV), but can switch into UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when markets panic. The other half is a high-risk growth bucket: it only buys a basket of aggressive tech-related funds when several bond-vs-tech momentum tests say conditions are favorable; otherwise it sits in BIL, a cash-like Treasury fund.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
