This strategy checks one simple question each day: have safer bonds been acting stronger lately than jumpy stocks? It measures “acting stronger” with RSI, which is just a score of recent price strength. If bonds look stronger, it buys 1 beaten-down aggressive bullish fund from a list of tech, biotech, semiconductors, China, emerging markets, stocks, or long-term bonds. If jumpy stocks look stronger, it buys 1 beaten-down bearish fund that profits when ARKK, Nasdaq, real estate, bonds, or gold miners fall. It also appears to keep a large chunk in cash, so only part of the portfolio is actively traded.
