A daily, rules-based “risk-on/risk-off” rotation that uses fear gauges (VIX), sector leadership, and short-term strength (RSI) to pick one ETF: leveraged Tech/Semis in calm, growth-led markets, or hedges (inverse, volatility, Treasuries, gold) when stress rises.

Daily rules decide if markets look calm or stressed by watching fear (VIX), who is leading (Tech vs Utilities/Staples), and whether risky stocks beat safer bonds. If calm and Tech leads, it buys one fast, leveraged fund (e.g., 3x Tech/Semis). If fear rises or defensives lead, it flips to hedges (inverse Tech/Semis, volatility, Treasuries, gold). RSI = a 0–100 “recent heat” score guiding these choices. Sectors touched: Tech, Semis, Utilities, Energy, Healthcare; plus Treasuries, Gold, EM/China.
