Daily it reads a few “gauges”: overbought/oversold (RSI = 0–100 hot/cold meter), trend (moving averages), interest‑rates (short vs long Treasuries), and stress (VIX/commodities). If risk is on, it buys fast movers (SOXL, TQQQ, TECL, TARK). If risk is off, it flips to hedges (SOXS/SQQQ, UVXY, TMV) or T‑Bills (BIL/SHV). A crypto sleeve toggles BITO↔BITI; a bonds view toggles TMF↔TMV. Picks 1 fund from small baskets.
