Every day it compares recent “heat” (10‑day RSI) of bonds (SCHZ) vs small‑caps (URTY). If bonds look hotter, it buys the single most beaten‑down bullish ETF from a preset list. If small‑caps look hotter, it buys the most beaten‑down inverse ETF instead. It holds for about 15 trading days, then rechecks.
