A safety‑first, daily strategy: sit in T‑bills by default, hedge with VIX when markets are “too hot,” buy small dip bounces when “too cold,” and otherwise rotate into Treasurys, commodities, or managed‑futures. Heavy tech tilt; frequent, rules‑based adjustments.

Daily playbook: 1) Default to “cash” in T‑bill ETFs (BIL/SHV/SHY). 2) If stocks look overheated (RSI ≈ a momentum “temperature” gauge >~80 on SPY/QQQ/etc), scale into VIX hedges (UVXY/VIXY/VIXM) or BTAL. 3) If washed‑out (RSI <~30), take small bounce trades (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL/LABU), then back to cash fast. 4) In choppy/downtrends, rotate into Treasurys (TLT/TMF), gold/commodities (GLD/DBC/DBA), or managed‑futures (KMLM/DBMF); may use PSQ/SQQQ for defense.
