About

A rules-based, daily strategy that flips between long volatility, leveraged tech, Treasury momentum, short-vol carry, index shorts, or cash-like ETFs based on simple “heat” (RSI) and trend signals to lean against extremes and follow durable trends.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily “risk switch.” It reads simple gauges: - RSI: a 0–100 heat gauge. >80 = too hot; <30 = washed out. - Moving averages: price vs its recent average to spot trends. If stocks look too hot, it buys “fear” funds (UVXY/VIXY) that jump when markets wobble. If washed out, it buys fast tech funds (TQQQ/TECL/XLK/UPRO). Separately it trends long-term Treasuries (TMF/TMV/TLT). When fear fades and trends are steady, it may own SVXY; if not, it uses VTI, BTAL, or cash-like ETFs (SHV/BIL/BSV). It can also short QQQ/SPY (PSQ/SH) when trends weaken.
CheckmarkValue prop
An active, rules-based overlay beyond the S&P 500 using volatility hedges, leveraged tech, and Treasury momentum to diversify, protect against spikes, and navigate regime shifts as a tactical diversification tool. Note: mixed OOS metrics.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
