This strategy checks each day whether the stock market looks too hot, too beaten down, or too risky. If many stock indexes have risen unusually fast, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when fear spikes. If the Nasdaq has fallen hard, it buys TQQQ to bet on a bounce. Otherwise it often moves to safer places like T-bills or short-term bonds, and sometimes bets against tech or long-term bonds when stress is high.
