This strategy is a very aggressive Nasdaq/tech trader. It first checks whether parts of the stock market look too overheated. If they do, it jumps into UVXY, a fund that usually rises when fear spikes. If not, it looks for a sharp Nasdaq dip and buys TQQQ for a rebound. If conditions look dangerous, it hides in BIL (short-term Treasury bills). Otherwise it stays in QQQ or the more aggressive TQQQ based on trend.
