About

A daily, tactical system that tries to front‑run selloffs by buying volatility, ride calm trends with stocks or short‑vol, buy oversold tech for bounces, and rotate into Treasuries and managed‑futures for diversification.
NutHow it works
Each day it classifies markets as: 1) too hot—buy “long volatility” (VXX/VIXY, which benefit when volatility spikes) or sit in T‑bills; 2) calm uptrend—own broad stocks or “short volatility” (SVXY/SVIX, which benefit if volatility stays calm); 3) washed‑out—buy oversold tech (TECL/TQQQ) for rebounds. It also rotates into long Treasuries (TMF) or a diversifier (KMLM/FTLS/UUP) when those lead.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive, regime-driven strategy with low beta (~0.30) and solid OOS risk-adjusted metrics: ~21% annualized return, Sharpe ~0.67, Calmar ~1.14. Diversifies with volatility, bonds, and trend signals to boost risk-adjusted performance versus the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
