Daily, the strategy reads four lights: (1) RSI, a 0–100 gauge of recent speed (>70 hot, <30 cold), (2) the long trend (SPY vs 200‑day average), (3) short‑term gains/losses, (4) bond/inflation cues. If healthy, it rides the strongest momentum—usually 3x tech/semis/S&P funds like TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100), SOXL (3x semis), TECL or UPRO/SPXL. If risk rises or prices look overheated, it moves to cash (BIL) or hedges with SQQQ/SOXS or volatility funds UVXY/VIXY.
