This is a very aggressive market-timing system. Each day it first checks if market fear is unusually high; if so, it moves to BIL, a cash-like short-term Treasury fund. If not, it compares several fast-trading mini-strategies and picks the one that has worked best lately. Most of them make short-term bets on tech, chip stocks, biotech, the broad market, bonds, or volatility using leveraged funds that amplify gains and losses.
