This strategy checks the market every day and usually makes one aggressive short-term bet. It first asks: is market fear surging? If yes, it moves to very short-term Treasury bills (BIL), which act like a cash parking spot. If not, it picks whichever of two big trading playbooks has been working better lately. Those playbooks mostly rotate among tech, semiconductors, biotech, bonds, and bearish hedges. They use simple tests like: has an asset been rising too fast, falling too hard, or staying in an uptrend? Then they buy the most attractive choice—often a leveraged fund that can move 2x or 3x as much as the market.
