This strategy checks the market every day and asks: are bonds healthy, are stocks healthy, and is fear spiking? If stocks and bonds both look strong, it buys a leveraged stock fund. If stocks look overheated, it shifts to a volatility fund. If bonds look weak, it makes a leveraged bet on the direction of long-term Treasury bonds. It leaves 10% in cash.
