A fast-moving strategy that rotates between cash-like Treasuries, tech stocks, defensive stocks, oil, and a bet against the Nasdaq depending on whether the market looks overheated, oversold, healthy, or weak.

This strategy checks the market every day and usually picks just one main position. If big U.S. stock indexes have surged too fast recently, it moves to BIL, a cash-like Treasury fund. If tech stocks have dropped hard, it buys XLK, a technology stock fund. If conditions are mixed but the broader market trend is still up, it holds defensive stocks (XLP) and sometimes oil (DBO). If the long-term trend turns weak, it buys PSQ, a fund that rises when the Nasdaq-100 falls.
