This strategy checks the market every day and puts all the money into whichever area looks most attractive or safest. If big growth stocks have risen too fast, it hides in long-term Treasury bonds. If tech has fallen too fast, it makes an aggressive bet on a rebound. Otherwise it may buy leveraged Nasdaq, hold defensive stocks plus the strongest trend among oil/dollar/market, bet against tech in weak markets, or sit in near-cash Treasuries.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
