This strategy checks the market every day and asks: are stocks too hot, healthy, weak, or falling fast? If major stock indexes look overheated, it shifts into defensive areas like long-term Treasury bonds, the U.S. dollar, oil, consumer staples, or healthcare. If markets are weaker, it makes aggressive bets on technology—sometimes bullish, sometimes bearish—using leveraged funds that can move about 3x as much as the underlying market.
