This strategy is usually a very aggressive bet on the Nasdaq, especially big tech, using funds that can magnify gains and losses. Before buying, it checks whether several parts of the market look too hot after a fast run-up. If they do, it switches into UVXY, a product that tends to jump when market fear rises. If markets are not overheated, it looks at whether QQQ is above its 200-day average. If yes, it usually buys TQQQ; if not, it usually buys QLD, and occasionally parks in BIL (T-bills).
