About

Rules-based daily trader: detects the regime, adds a small Bitcoin momentum sleeve, then rotates into the strongest leveraged bull or bear fund (tech, semis, small caps, real estate, or Treasuries) or a volatility hedge using simple hot/cold and trend checks. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
Daily steps: 1) Pick the market regime using a long‑term bond trend. 2) If Bitcoin is trending up, put ~30% in the single strongest BTC proxy. 3) Use a hot/cold score (RSI) and short‑vs‑long trend (moving averages) to pick 1–2 funds: ride strength with leveraged tech/semis/small‑caps/real estate/Treasuries, flip to inverse funds when weak, or hedge with a volatility fund when overheated. Rebalances daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~99% annualized return vs ~22% for the S&P, with oos Sharpe ~1.14 and Calmar ~1.25. A rules-based daily rotation (Bitcoin sleeve) targets higher upside with managed risk—superior long-run results, but higher drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
