It runs three risk settings (low/med/high) and a short-term check picks one. Inside, money is split across the 8 mini‑strategies that have worked best lately. It buys tech in uptrends and on dips (RSI = 0–100 hot/cold gauge). If stress jumps (volatility spikes) or trends break (below 200‑day avg), it shifts to cash/T‑bills, Treasuries, the U.S. dollar, managed futures (KMLM), or inverse/short ETFs.
