This strategy checks the market every day and asks three main questions: 1) Is the market overheated? If yes, it buys volatility funds like UVXY/VIXY, which usually rise when fear jumps. 2) Is the market beaten down? If yes, it buys aggressive bullish funds tied to tech, semiconductors, or the S&P 500. 3) If neither, is the bigger trend healthy or weak? In healthy trends it leans bullish; in weak trends it hides in T-bills or bets against the Nasdaq using inverse funds.
