This strategy checks the portfolio once a month. • It gives about 1/3 to Nvidia only if Nvidia is above its 200-day average price; otherwise that slice goes to BIL, a very short-term Treasury fund (a cash-like parking spot). • It does the same for Microsoft. • The last 1/3 is split across the 8 strongest stocks, chosen from a tech-heavy list based on roughly the past 10 months of performance.
