1) If market volatility (VIXM) just spiked (10‑day RSI > 70), move to T‑Bills (BIL). 2) Otherwise run 3 “Pop Bots” (S&P 500, Nasdaq, Semis): if their 3x ETF is oversold (RSI < 30) buy it; if overheated (RSI > 80) switch to UVXY; else hold a fallback mix (dividends + managed futures + an adaptive sleeve picking healthcare x3, Treasuries x3, commodities, or the U.S. dollar by 6‑month trends, sized by volatility).
