It keeps a cash‑like core (GSY/PULS). If markets look healthy (trending and not “too hot”), it adds growth/tech and Treasuries, sometimes oil/commodities. If things look overheated, it adds fear hedges (VIX funds, gold) or trims back to cash. On sharp pullbacks it buys the dip in tech/semis. If volatility surges, it quickly moves to cash or hedges. Rules update daily.
