Daily split: ~72.5% in a fast sector-rotator/hedge, ~27.5% in a water-stock sleeve. The fast part gauges sector “heat” (RSI = how hot/cold recent moves are). If any sector is very hot, buy UVXY (spikes when markets panic). If any is very cold, buy that sector (or a leveraged version) or SVXY if calm is trending. If nothing is extreme, buy the most active/best‑recent sector. The water sleeve holds a preset water-stock basket only in an uptrend (SPY 50d>200d); else T‑bills (BIL).
