Aggressive, daily strategy that flips between cash/volatility hedges, 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ), and rotating leveraged sector funds (tech, small caps, banks, real estate, biotech, EM, gold), sometimes shorting. Uses RSI, trends, and bonds‑vs‑stocks to pick 1–2.

Daily, it reads VIX (fear gauge). If stress is high, it goes to cash (BIL), uses volatility hedges (VIXY/UVXY) and BTAL (anti-beta hedge), or buys a deep dip in TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). If stress is normal, it rotates into the strongest or weakest themes using leveraged funds—tech, small caps, biotech, banks, real estate, emerging markets, gold miners—picking bull or bear versions by simple signals: RSI (0–100 heat/cool), trends, and a bonds‑vs‑stocks check (IEF vs IWM). It ends up in 1–2 fastest; parks in cash if risk spikes.
