Daily playbook: 1) Fear check: if VIX is hot (RSI of VIXM > 65), go defensive—T‑Bills (BIL), volatility funds (VIXY/UVXY), or BTAL; on big dips it may buy TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). RSI = 0–100 “speedometer” of recent gains/losses. 2) Else set risk‑on/off by bonds vs small‑caps (IEF vs IWM) and long‑bond trend (TMF). 3) Risk‑on: ride fast sectors with 3x bulls; risk‑off: use inverse bears or cash. 4) Pick 1–3 fastest; keep two. Rebalance daily.
