About

A daily, rules‑based “risk‑on/risk‑off” trader. It compares short‑term strength of bond funds vs. stock funds, then flips into one aggressive bull or bear ETF (often 2x/3x). It usually buys the recent laggard for a short bounce. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
Every day it checks whether “safer” bond funds are showing more short‑term strength than “riskier” stocks. That acts like a risk compass. It then picks ONE ETF from a bull list (e.g., 3x tech, semis, small caps) or a bear list (e.g., short QQQ/ARKK), often choosing the one that was weakest lately for a bounce. Uses 2x/3x ETFs; very high risk; daily rebalance.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this dynamic risk-on/off strategy targets accelerated growth by rotating into leveraged ETFs, delivering about 35% annualized return vs SPY's ~23%, with higher drawdowns, suited for aggressive investors seeking outsized upside.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
