A hierarchical, daily-rebalanced system tests multiple regime signals (momentum, volatility, dividends, bond strength) across a broad ETF universe. When conditions meet, it allocates weights across leveraged stock bets (QQQ/TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, SPXL, UPRO) and hedges with UVXY/VIX-type products, USD/bond/ gold/balance assets (TMF, TLT, USDU, UUP, GLD, SCHD, DGRO, etc.). It rotates between “risk-on” and “risk-off” themes, using cash-equal weighting within each regime and selecting top/bottom performers by metrics like cumulative returns or moving-average performance. It rebalance daily to reflect the latest regime assessment and risk posture.
