Each day it asks: are U.S. stocks hot or cold (a 0–100 “heat” score), trending, or getting volatile? - Calm uptrend: use SSO (2x S&P 500). If choppy, sometimes hold TMF (3x long Treasuries). - Downtrend: shift to SH/PSQ (short S&P/Nasdaq), BSV (short‑term bonds), or BIL (T‑bills). - If markets look frothy or volatility jumps, add UVXY (volatility hedge). Focus: SPY/QQQ, tech, Treasuries, cash-like bonds.
