This strategy is an aggressive market-timing system built around big bets on tech stocks. When market trends look healthy, it often buys TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3x the Nasdaq-100 (large tech-heavy companies). When markets look weak, overheated, or shaky, it can switch into bearish funds, Treasury-bill cash, bonds, defensive sectors, or volatility funds that tend to rise when fear spikes.
