About

Daily rules flip between “risk-on” and “risk-off.” It rides uptrends with a 3x Nasdaq fund (TQQQ) when momentum and trends are healthy, and rotates to cash, Treasuries, defensive sectors, the dollar, or inverse/volatility hedges when markets overheat or break.
NutHow it works
Each day it asks: Is the long‑term trend up? (S&P above its 200‑day average.) Are short‑term signals hot/cold? (RSI = a hot/cold meter: high = overheated, low = washed‑out.) If trend and momentum are healthy, it rides a 3x Nasdaq fund (TQQQ). When risk rises, it shifts to cash (BIL), Treasuries (TLT/TMF), defensive sectors (XLP/XLV), the dollar (UUP), or bearish/volatility funds (PSQ/SQQQ, SPXU, UVXY/SVXY). It also reacts to sharp TQQQ spikes/drops to cut risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~148% annualized return with Calmar ~5.36, delivering stronger risk-adjusted upside vs. the S&P. Drawdowns can be larger (~27.7%), but daily regime-switching and hedges aim to protect and compound gains.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
